The Pride of Cork Awards 2020 will be Cork’s biggest annual civic awards dinner on September 5th at the Clayton Hotel Silver Springs and hosted by Cork Civic Life. 500 guests that make an amazing contribution to Cork life from the voluntary, social, civic and not for profit sector will join us. As part of the annual event, today we launch a monthly Pride of Cork Award in association with Barry & Fitzwilliam to recognise one person each month who is ‘The Pride of Cork’. Our January recipient is the amazing Caitriona Twomey of Cork Penny Dinners who with her team and supporters are The Pride of Cork.
