The Grace Nolan Foundation raises funds towards finding a cure, treatment, and awareness of HHT, a rare genetic disorder affecting 1.5 million people globally and 1 in 4 to 5,000 people in Ireland. The Grace Nolan Foundation was established by Mike Nolan in 2002 following the loss of his beloved daughter Grace at nine years old. 2024 marks Grace’s 25th anniversary of her passing and the event commemorates this.
The International Foundation “Cure HHT” have marked the upcoming ‘Global HHT Awareness Day’ on Grace’s birthday, June 23rd, in her honour. This is huge recognition for the amazing work the Grace Nolan Foundation has done in raising vital research funds since 2002. The Grace Nolan Foundation, in partnership with Cure HHT are supporting an exciting initiative over the next two years to raise $12 Million dollars through ‘Called to Cure – Generation to end HHT’ and the upcoming golf event will raise funds towards this goal with $35K raised so far by the Grace Nolan Foundation this year.
