PepsiCo has announced a charity partnership with Rainbow Club Cork, marking a significant step in furthering PepsiCo’s commitment to community engagement. This partnership will include volunteering hours from PepsiCo employees, the donation of 10 iPads, and PepsiCo’s funding of an Educational Room at Rainbow Club Cork’s facility.
Through this partnership, PepsiCo employees will participate in numerous volunteering days with Rainbow Club Cork, contributing their time and effort to activities including cleaning, painting, weeding, and more. This hands-on involvement underscores PepsiCo’s dedication to making a tangible difference in the community.
This partnership follows Rainbow Club Cork’s recent hosting of an informative talk for PepsiCo employees, highlighting their impactful work supporting young people with autism.

It serves as a vital support system for families, children, and young adolescents in Cork, providing essential services to help young people with autism in our community reach their full potential. In addition to the volunteering efforts, PepsiCo has donated 10 iPads to Rainbow Club Cork, empowering staff to communicate seamlessly across Rainbow Club’s facility.
In March, PepsiCo made a large monetary donation to fund Rainbow Club Cork’s new Educational Room. This room will empower Rainbow Club Cork to support children in early intervention programmes as well as children and teens who are out of school. The financial support, combined with the enthusiastic participation of PepsiCo employees, exemplifies the power of partnerships in creating opportunities for young people.
Karen O’Mahony, CEO Rainbow Club Cork, expressed Rainbow Club Cork’s gratitude for the support, emphasising the positive impact of the funding and the collaborative efforts: “The impact of this financial funding along with the support of the wonderful staff at PepsiCo is what makes partnerships successful, working together in the community to create opportunities for our young people.
